Ingredients

8 Fresh Bratwursts

1 Brown onion, sliced thinly

½ tbsp Salt

¼ tsp Pepper

8 Pretzel rolls

75g Cherry tomatoes, quartered with stem attached

CREAMY SPICY STOUT MUSTARD

1-2 tbsp Pickled jalapenos, chopped

120 g Stone ground mustard

1 tbsp Mayonnaise
