APPLE & PEAR TARTPuff pastry filled with a warmly spiced apple and pear filling, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
1 Sheet all butter puff pastry (half sheet pan size)
3 Pears, Anjou or Bartlett, peeled and thinly sliced
3 Apples, Granny Smith, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tbsp Unsalted butter
50 g Sugar
1 Vanilla bean, with seeds scraped out from pod
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
